Francoise Lane
Francoise Lane grew up in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and is a descendant of the Meriam and Kaurareg people. Lane is a Director of Indij Architecture and Design; a 100% indigenous owned, award-winning practice based in Cairns, Australia. As an interior designer and artist Lane describes her work as straddling the intersection between design and art including exhibition curation, textile design, and leading creative art projects. She has a degree in Built Environment and Engineering, majoring in Interior Design from Queensland University of Technology. Lane is on the State Design Review Panel NSW GA and an Australia Council for the Arts Peer Reviewer. [email protected]
