Hands to Work, Heart to God: Religiosity and Organizational Behavior

Abstract

This paper considers the relevance of religiosity and spirituality in the workplace and presents a model that integrates the concepts of intrinsic and extrinsic religiousness with employees' perceptions of work, organizational citizenship behaviors, and workplace deviance.
