“All real life is encounter” On the sustainable relevance to be surprised and affected

ABSTRACT

Encounter is much more than a way of practicing psychotherapy or group work. These practices are just applications of a basic anthropological, epistemological and (socio-)ethical stance on how we humans find ourselves in the world and how we can choose to relate to other human beings, groups, communities, the society, givens in the world and the world as such. This paper tries to call to mind and revive the fundamental, provocative and thought-provoking notion of encounter as a way of being in relationship to persons, society and the world we live in. All concretizations of encounter must be critically measured by the challenge of its profound meaning.

La rencontre est bien plus qu’une manière de pratiquer la psychothérapie ou le travail de groupe. Ces pratiques sont simplement des applications d’une position anthropologique, épistémologique et (socio-)éthique qui traduit la manière dont, en tant qu’hommes, nous nous retrouvons nous-mêmes dans le monde et qui indique comment nous pouvons choisir d’entrer en relation avec d’autres êtres humains, groupes, communautés ou avec la société, présents dans le monde, et avec le monde en tant que tel. Cet article tente de remettre à l’esprit et de mettre à jour la notion de rencontre comme fondamentale, provocatrice et source de réflexion en tant que manière d’être en relation avec les personnes, la société et le monde dans lequel nous vivons. Toutes les concrétisations de la rencontre doivent être envisagées à l‘aune critique du challenge de sa signification profonde.

„Alles wirkliche Leben ist Begegnung.“ Von der nachhaltigen Bedeutung, sich überraschen und betreffen zu lassen

Begegnung ist viel mehr als eine bestimmte Form, Psychotherapie und Gruppenarbeit zu praktizieren. Das sind nur Anwendungen einer grundlegenden anthropologischen, epistemologischen und (sozial-)ethischen Einstellung dazu, wie wir Menschen uns in der Welt vorfinden und wie wir uns entscheiden, uns zueinander, zu Gruppen, Gemeinschaften, Situationen und Dingen, die wir in der Welt vorfinden, und zur Welt als solcher zu verhalten. Der Aufsatz versucht, die fundamentale, provokative und nachdenklich machende Bedeutung von Begegnung als Art und Weise von In-Beziehung-Sein wieder ins Bewusstsein zu rufen und neu zu beleben – zu Personen, zur Gesellschaft und zur Welt, in der wir leben. Alle konkreten Formen von Begegnung müssen sich an der Herausforderung dieser tiefgreifenden Bedeutung messen lassen.

Os grupos de encontro são muito mais do que uma forma de praticar psicoterapia ou trabalho de grupo. Estas práticas são meras aplicações de uma postura básica antropológica, epistemológica e (sócio) ética de como nós, os seres humanos, estamos no mundo e como decidimos relacionar-nos com outros seres humanos, grupos, comunidades e a sociedade – dados adquiridos no mundo – e com o próprio mundo. Este artigo tenta chamar a atenção e reviver a noção fundamental, provocadora e incitadora de pensamento de encontro como uma forma de estar em relação com as pessoas, a sociedade e o mundo em que vivemos. Todas as concretizações de encontro devem ser medidas de forma crítica pelo desafio do seu significado profundo

El encuentro es mucho más que una forma de practicar la psicoterapia o el trabajo en grupo. Estas prácticas son simplemente aplicaciones de una postura antropológica, epistemológica y (ética) básica sobre cómo los humanos nos encontramos en el mundo y cómo podemos elegir relacionarnos con otros seres humanos, grupos, comunidades, la sociedad, elementos del mundo y el mundo como tal. Este escrito intenta recordar y revivir la noción fundamental, provocativa y provocadora de pensamiento del encuentro como una forma de ser/estar en relación con las personas, la sociedad y el mundo en que vivimos. Todas las concretizaciones del encuentro deben medirse críticamente mediante el desafío de su profundo significado.
