Abstract

The studies on corporate ethical values (CEV) and quality management have grown rapidly during the last decade. In this study, our aim is to explore the effects of the quality culture and the CEV on employees' work-related attitudes (organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intentions) and job performance. In addition, the mediating role of organizational commitment is discussed in this framework. This research interrogated the perceptions of 253 blue-collar employees. Data were collected from manufacturing companies in Kocaeli, which is one of the greatest industrial regions of Turkey.
