Abstract

Based on the multidimensional construct, we proposed a mode of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and firm performance in a sample of Taiwanese small-to-medium-sized enterprise firms. Using survey data from 267 firms, we reached the following conclusions in this paper: (1) Innovativeness positively affects firm performance. (2) Proactiveness is positively related to firm performance. (3) Risk-taking is positively related to firm performance. Overall, the EO is positively related to the firm's performance.
