Abstract
A new triglycoside flavone, luteolin-4′-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-β-d-glucopyranoside (1) was isolated from the leaves of Ficus ischnopoda, together with five known flavonoids (2–6) and seven known lignans (7–13). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis and comparison with literature data. Compounds 1–13 were reported in this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 and 3–6 exhibited significant anti-HSV-1 activity in vitro.
