Abstract

A new triglycoside flavone, luteolin-4′-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-β-d-glucopyranoside (1) was isolated from the leaves of Ficus ischnopoda, together with five known flavonoids (26) and seven known lignans (713). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis and comparison with literature data. Compounds 113 were reported in this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 and 36 exhibited significant anti-HSV-1 activity in vitro.
