Macroscopic theory of adhesion in solids

Abstract

The relations for calculation interaction energies and forces for solids: metals, semiconductors and dielectrics are obtained on dielectric formalism based theory. The results are compared with available ones and can be used as for theoretical strength forces and energies as for Van der Waals-Casimir forces estimations.
