When the above article was first published, the fourth equation was incorrectly represented as: $$C_{ij}(R_{ij},\alpha )=\int \begin{array}{cc}\alpha R_{ij}& R_{ij}>0\\ 0& \text{otherwise}\end{array}\begin{array}{cc}& i=\mathrm{1,2},\dots ,5\\ & \end{array}$$

This has now been corrected to (4) $$C_{ij}(R_{ij},\alpha )=\left\{\begin{array}{cc}\alpha R_{ij}& R_{ij}>0\\ 0& \text{otherwise}\end{array}\begin{array}{cc}& i=\mathrm{1,2},\dots ,5\\ & \end{array}\right.$$(4) in both the print and online versions.
