Abstract
With the infusion of Artificial Intelligence (AI), podcasting is undergoing a profound transformation. Many university libraries offer a basic podcast studio as one of their spaces and the use of AI podcasting tools will become more prevalent. AI tools can now assume a pivotal role in content planning, enhancing audio quality, and leveraging marketing and accessibility. Undoubtably, AI's profound influence on podcasting will usher in a redefinition of podcasting, marking a profound shift in this progressive medium.

Lara Taylor currently serves as the Instructional Technology Specialist for the MSU Libraries. She specializes in generative artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and software instruction. She teaches workshops for the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. She serves on several national committees including the ALA Committee on Research and Statistics, the ALA Technology: Emerging Technology Trends Committee, and the SAA Josephine Forman Award Committee.
