Passion and pressure: Navigating content creation burnout

Abstract

Content burnout is a challenge for every marketer. We are overwhelmed with everything we need to do and make. Meghan Kowalski, Outreach and Reference Librarian, explores why content burnout happens and proposes strategies for mitigation and recovery. She identifies key assessment questions and practical tips aimed at helping marketers navigate through burnout while maintaining their creativity and community engagement. She also discusses how marketers can implement proactive measures to lessen the impact of burnout and create a more sustainable environment for content creation.
