Wes Clarke
Wes Clarke is associate professor of public administration at the University of North Texas, where he teaches courses in budgeting and financial management, research methods, and administrative law. His research on state and local budgeting and local government capital acquisition has appeared in Public Budgeting & Finance, Municipal Finance Journal, Journal of Urban Affairs, Political Research Quarterly, and Legislative Studies Quarterly. Clarke prepared the study guides and examinations for the Certified Government Finance Officer Program (CGFO) of the Government Finance Officers Association of Texas and currently administers the program.
