Edward T. Jennings
Edward T. Jennings, Jr., is Professor and Director of International Programs in the Martin School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Kentucky. JPAE editor from 2001-2005, he is also a past president of the American Society for Public Administration and a fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration. His current research addresses topics in government performance, evidence-based decision-making, state policy-making, health policy, and developmental disability policy.
