Dorothy Norris-Tirrell
Dorothy Norris-Tirrell is associate professor at the School of Public Administration at the University of Central Florida. Her teaching, research, and outreach focus on nonprofit organization governance and resilience, volunteerism, and cross-sector collaboration. She has extensive experience as a scholar, teacher, administrator, board member, and volunteer. She is coauthor of the book Strategic Collaboration in Public and Nonprofit Administration: A Practice-Based Approach to Solving Shared Problems (CRC Press, 2010).
