Alexandre Couture Gagnon is an assistant professor in the Department of Public Affairs and Security Studies at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, where she teaches graduate courses in the Master in Public Affairs program. Her research centers on comparative public policy, with a focus on the impacts of policies on national and religious minorities in North America and Europe.
