Abstract

The stereocontrolled synthesis of 2′-deoxynucleoside analogs was explored by intramolecular glycosylation of pyridazine, pyrazines and triazines. These heterocycles were temporarily connected to the 5-O position in 1-thioglycoside via ethereal linkage.
