Abstract

Chemically synthesized dinucleoside P¹, P²-di-, P¹, P³-tri- and P¹, P⁴-tetraphosphates, derivatives of 5′-linked 7-methylguanosine and guanosine were characterized with respect to their structural properties and functional effect on eukaryotic translation inhibition.
