ABSTRACT
The 22nd Congress of the International Neuropsychoanalysis Society addressed the topic of PLAY. Recent research on this basic emotion system was presented by Steve Siviy, accompanied by several talks that highlighted psychoanalytic and neuropsychoanalytic perspectives of play. Other topics featured memory and extinction, trauma, and clinical implications of neuropsychoanalytic integration.
