Abstract
The Donald E. Cummings Memorial Award commemorates the life and service of our Association's Third president whose career was so tragically ended in an airplane crash in 1942. It is presented no more often than annually to a member of our Association for outstanding contributions to the knowledge and practice of the profession of industrial hygiene. The Award was established by the Board of Directors in 1943 and is the award of longest standing in the Association.
