Abstract
A low flow nebulizer based on air atomization at the confluence of two liquid jets and one air jet was designed, built and characterized. The results show the generator capable of producing relatively high concentrations of less than 10 µm AED aerosols at air flow rates of 1.5 LPM or less. Furthermore, it is stable, simple to build and operate.
