Highlighting the B in LGBT: The Experiences of One U.K. Trade Union

Pages 317-319 | Published online: 10 Jun 2011

Abstract

This article describes how a British public service trade union made the transition from a lesbian and gay members group to a group for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender members, seeking to ensure that this was a change in practice, not just in name.
