ABSTRACT
In 2016, Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, Michigan, was designated as a Magnet facility for the third time by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. The staff in Knowledge Management Services, which provides clinical library support to the health system, was instrumental in achieving all three Magnet designations. The Knowledge Management Services team continues to support this effort as Munson Medical Center prepares for its fourth Magnet designation in 2020.
