Dr. Daudi had a lifelong passion for addressing the underserved. As a native of Pakistan, she worked in Pakistan for the United Nations, to improve the conditions of her fellow countrymen. Sabiha served on Applied Environmental Education and Communication Editorial Review Board for many years. Joe Heimlich, her committee chair for her PhD in environmental education at Ohio State University said, “her dissertation was fascinating—a study of environmental concern among illiterate women in two parts of Pakistan. The topic shows her compassion, her concern for people, and her love of the environment.”
A dedicated voice for diversity, Dr. Daudi served for years on the North American Association for Environmental Education Board.
