JANICE FURLONG
Dr. Miesha T. Marzell is an Assistant Professor in the Binghamton University Department of Social Work and was one of the inaugural participants in the Alcohol and Other Drugs Education Program (ADEP) in June 2017. Janice Furlong is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Boston University School of Social Work and was the training faculty member responsible for ADEP’s Teaching Pedagogy module. Shortly after the 2017 ADEP program, they discussed Dr. Marzell’s experience as a faculty participant in this immersion-based program and the ways that she is integrating the training opportunity into her teaching and professional development.
