Employment and Employability Institute is a company set up by the Singapore Labor Foundation that oversees the welfare of union members and furthers the development of trade unions to create better jobs and better lives for workers through professional development and programs to improve the productivity of companies.

5. People's Association was established as a statutory board on July 1, 1960, to promote racial harmony and social cohesion in Singapore.
