Abstract
Boron‐doped multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were generated by arc discharge in water by using B‐doped graphite electrodes. The product morphology was studied by SEM and HRTEM microscopy. The electronic features were determinated by Raman and EELS spectroscopy. Optical emission spectroscopy (OES) was used to evaluate the temperature and C2 content distributions in arc plasma.
