Abstract
Re-determination of fullerenes in Chinese ink sticks and their raw soots by reverse-phase HPLC analysis revealed much smaller contents of C60 and C70 than previously reported, 3 ppm at most. The older sticks tend to yield less C60 than the more recent ones.
