Abstract

The eccentricity connectivity polynomial of a molecular graph G is defined as , where ecc(u) is defined as the length of a maximal path connecting u to another vertex of G. In this article, we compute the eccentricity connectivity index and polynomial of CNCm[n] carbon nanocones for any arbitrary amount of n and m so that n 1 and 3 m 7. A Matlab program is presented that is useful for computing this index and polynomial of carbon nanocones.
