Abstract
Hybrid structures were fabricated by means of intercalation of N-methylpyrrolidone into few-layer graphene, with subsequent annealing in the range of 100–250oC used as a technological step. Depending on the fabrication temperature, a broad variation of resistivity (Citation6–Citation7 orders of magnitude), and a relatively high mobility, an opening of a band-gap (up to 3–4 eV) rose for our hybrid material.
