Abstract
In this work, we have investigated the structural and electronic properties of BN structures by bending a BN graphitic sheet. This study is based on the tubes generated with the single-walled boron nanotube (SWBNNT) from kind MWNT = 1, as an armchair nanotubes (n, m) with chirality (n = m = 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). Understanding the physical and electronic properties of BN structures requires a meaningful discussion about the theoretical calculation to specify the material properties. This article reviews several investigations regarding BN structures that would be constructed entirely of BN pairs to reveal their properties.
