Abstract

Structural model for hybrid media, angle-ply reinforced in the plane allowing one to determine the yield loci for the composition considering the plane stress state in all components is constructed. The materials of the composition are homogeneous, isotropic and have different yield strengths in tension and compression. Their mechanical behavior is described by the associated flow rule for rigid-plastic bodies with the quadratic yield conditions. The yield loci for metal compositions with low-strength and high-strength binder and for glass-plastic composition are calculated.
