Moisture‐stable borazine‐carbosilane polymers were synthesized by the platinum catalyzed hydrosilylation polymerization of B,B′,B″‐triethynyl‐N,N′,N″‐trimethylborazine and m‐ or p‐bis (dimethylsilyl)benzene. As characterized by TGA, GPC, FT‐IR, and NMR spectroscopy, these polymers were found to have excellent handling in air with no degradation, and high thermal stability under both nitrogen and air with a ceramic yield up to 70 wt% at 1000°C. These polymers facilitated the thermal forming processes for a variety of applications in non‐oxide ceramics.
