Pages 428-440 | Published online: 12 Dec 2008

ABSTRACT

In this article, the authors examine the impact of the Graham Model of Bibliosupervision on the supervisory working alliance for a small group of supervisees. Specifically, this study examined the effectiveness of a supervision approach using children's literature as part of the process. A multiple-baseline research design was utilized measured by the Supervisory Working Alliance Inventory Trainee Form (CitationEfstation, Patton, & Kardash, 1990). Further, participant comments were collected and reported. Overall, the participants of the study (N  =  3) found this approach helpful for them in their work with their supervisors.
