Three-dimensional multiplex micro-hologram using diarylethene-doped PMMA film

ASBTRACT

A large-capacity recording media is realized by three-dimensional micro hologram. In this research, we have succeeded in fabricating multiple micro holograms, and their diameters are the same as that of Airy disk (φ = 1.15 μm) of an objective lens. This result will provide a great improvement of the memory capacity.
