Abstract
In this paper, the influence of various parameters on the temperature dependences of the resistance of mono composites (MCMs) and hybrid polymer composites with different polymers was investigated. Nanocomposites with low-viscosity resin Larit have a significant reduction of resistance compared with ones with SEDM polymer due to more favorable conditions for the disentanglement of nanocarbon agglomerates under the action of ultrasonic dispersion and the formation of a larger number of conductive chains. The temperature dependence of the resistance of mono and hybrid composite is well described within the FIT model. In hybrid composites, the dielectric particles placed between the nanocarbon agglomerated particles partially untangle them under the action of ultrasound, which provides the increase of a number of conductive chains.
