Ibrahim Natil
IBRAHIM NATIL is a visiting fellow at the School of Politics and International Relations, University College Dublin. Dr Natil is an international development consultant who has worked for many international NGOs. He is the founder of the Society Voice Foundation and has managed a range of civil society programmes in Palestine since 1997. He has presented many papers and published several articles and chapters, and has recently authored the book, Hamas Transformation: Opportunities and Challenges.
