Tools for the Creation and Sharing of Infographics

ABSTRACT

Infographics are popular tools for sharing institutional and research data with audiences online. There are many websites offering software to help users create these visual representations of information. This article describes the features of three such websites and briefly discusses the use of infographics in health sciences information settings, as well as efforts to ensure the effectiveness of these communications.
