The Most Reverend Ignatius Strecker is Archbishop of Kansas City‐in‐Kansas. He was formerly President of the National Catholic Rural Life Conference and is currently a member of the NCCC Board. The above address, dealing with Rural Issues, was presented to the members of the NCCC at their 63rd Annual Meeting in New York City (September 16–20, 1977).
