Dyeing Recipe Optimization for Eco-Friendly Dyeing and Mechanical Property Analysis of Eco-Friendly Dyed Cotton Fabric: Better Fixation, Strength, and Color Yield by Biodegradable Salts

ABSTRACT

This research paper primarily deals with the comparative analysis on the mechanical properties of cotton fabric dyed with fiber reactive dyes using three different salts. The three salts used for this research are Sodium Chloride, tri sodium Nitrilo triacetic Acid (NTA) and tetra sodium Ethylene Diamine Tetra Acetic acid (EDTA). NTA and EDTA are biodegradable salts, whereas NaCl is conventional non-biodegradable salt. Along with the improvement in the mechanical properties and less effluent hazards using Biodegradable salts, quite comparable color yields and Color fastnesses were achieved by using biodegradable salts.

本文提出用纳米碳酸钙浸渍改性来提高通过硫酸盐方法制备的单个竹纤维的拉伸性能。在研究中,纳米碳酸钙、乙二胺四乙酸二钠浓度和浸渍时间对纤维的形态和机械的影响都进行了表征。结果表明,硫酸盐隔离的纤维表面光滑而多孔,可提供用于纳米粒子的潜在吸附位点。在低于纳米碳酸钙1.00×10-2克/毫升、EDTA-2Na 6.25×10-4克/毫升且浸渍时间为25分钟的条件,纳米碳酸钙的数量和粒度分布相对均匀,而拉伸参数达到最大值(即抗拉强度1302.47兆帕、弹性61.83吉帕模量、断裂伸长率3.38%)。
