Investigation on the Classified Extraction of the Bamboo Fiber and Its Properties

ABSTRACT

It explored a method of classified extraction, which is a physical-chemical combination, for preparing bamboo technical fiber. It can improve the utilization of bamboo fiber. Fiber morphology, fiber fineness, tensile characteristics, etc. of bamboo fiber were investigated. The external bamboo fiber contained higher amount of lignin and solvent extractive and lower amount of hemicellulose and noncellulose than the internal bamboo fiber. The degree of crystallinity, fineness, and tensile property of external bamboo fiber was also higher than internal bamboo fiber. Then it analyzed the relationship between fiber structure and properties.

探索了一种物理化学结合的竹材工业纤维分类提取方法。可提高竹纤维的利用率.对竹纤维的纤维形态、细度、拉伸性能等进行了研究.外竹纤维比内竹纤维含有较多的木质素和溶剂萃取,半纤维素和非纤维素含量较低.外竹纤维的结晶度、细度和拉伸性能均高于内竹纤维.然后分析了纤维结构与性能的关系.
