Speaking the Language of Management: Applying the Performance Prism to Public Relations Assessment

Abstract

This study examines the applicability of the management measurement system called the Performance Prism to public relations assessment. The review of literature explaining how public relations is currently measured, combined with how it could be measured via the Performance Prism, indicates that this management system could be useful in public relations appraisal and valuation.
