Equal Protection Claim Gets a Foothold in Oregon

Abstract

Though equal protection claims are largely unsuccessful in the development context, the David Hill Development case described in this article illustrates how land use administration can embroil local government in a messy equal protection argument. As this case develops, updates will be in included in future issues of Planning & Environmental Law. —Ed.
