Cell Tower Case Clarifies Agency Powers

 

Abstract

In May, the U.S. Supreme Court decided the case of City of Arlington v. Federal Communications Commission, a decision that addressed a relatively specific question of administrative law but which may have some consequences for local land use planning and zoning.
