Karl Clark
Karl Clark teaches government and U.S. history at Coastal Bend College in Alice, Texas. Karl is a retired Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army with over 27 years of service in the federal government. Karl has served with distinct honor at The Executive Office of the President of the United States-Office National Drug Control Policy under two Presidents, Department of State, International Narcotics and Law Enforcement and at the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Counter Narcotics Division.
