Colin M. Brown is a Harvard College Fellow in Government. His applied research focuses on electoral rules, descriptive representation, and immigrant incorporation in Europe and the United States. He teaches courses on political parties, migration, and citizenship and helps lead a departmental effort to improve and systematize the teaching of writing for political science.
