H. Anne Weiss is a PhD Candidate with Indiana University in the School of Education, majoring in higher education administration and minoring in inquiry methodology. She focused her undergraduate and master’s degree work on the theory of communicative action, deliberative democracy, community organizing, and college students’ political engagement. She is often invited to present at national and international conferences on the topics of institutionalizing community engagement and assessing the impact of college on students’ civic learning and political engagement.
