Model United Nations: Review for First-Time Instructors and Advisors

 

ABSTRACT

This review examines the Model United Nations (MUN) program at the collegiate level and provides useful information for advisors that are leading MUN for the first time.

Timothy A. Hazen

Timothy A. Hazen is currently a postdoctoral teaching fellow at Central Michigan University. His research focuses on civil-military relations, protest movements, and Middle Eastern Politics. He received his doctoral degree from Loyola University Chicago (2016) and his dissertation was entitled, “Defect or Defend? Explaining Military Responses During the Arab Uprising.” He currently leads the Central Michigan University’s Model United Nations team.
