ABSTRACT
Two mesoporous Cu(II)porphyrin-TiO2 composites were prepared firstly by a one-pot solvothermal method and characterized by SEM, X-ray diffraction, UV–Visible diffuse fluorescence spectra, and N2 adsorption isotherms. Characterization results indicate that Cu(II)porphyrin firmly linked with TiO2, which efficiently prohibit the aggregation of TiO2 and form mesoporous structure. Photocatalytic activity test shows that catalytic efficiency of prepared photocatalysts is much higher than TiO2, and after six cycles catalytic efficiency is still around 90%. The results indicate that the two mesoporous Cu(II)porphyrin-TiO2 composites are highly efficient photocatalyst with outstanding catalytic stability.
