Nouveaux Heterocycles Germanies a 4 et 5 Chainons Synthese—Voie D'acces a des Especes Germaniees a Basse Coordinence

Abstract

The synthesis or attempted synthesis of various four-membered heterocycles (R = Mes, X = O, Z = SO2 1; R = Me, X = N-t-Bu, Z = C(S) 2; R = Mes, X = NH, Z = C(S) 3; R = Mes, X = N-t-Bu, Z = C(S) 4) and of the five-membered heterocycle 5 are described. Monomers 1, 4, 5, dimers of 1 and 2, and heterocyclic derivatives suggestive of the formation and decomposition of 3 are obtained. Thermolysis of 5 generates dimethylgermylene.
