Study on rock burst characteristics of coal mine roadway in China

ABSTRACT

The geological environment of coalfields in China is complex and changeable, under the influence of many factors, such as geological conditions, coal properties and mining activities, the rock burst in coal mining is frequent, and the prevention and control of it is very serious. With the further increase of the mining depth and intensity, new characteristics such as the rock burst occur in soft coal seam mining. The causes and the mechanism of the rock burst in the roadways become extremely complex, which increases the difficulty of prediction and prevention technology of rock burst in roadways. This paper analyses and summarizes the basic characteristics and disaster-causing factors of rock burst damage in a large number of roadways, and discusses the main sources and main controlling factors of energy released by burst rock. Based on the occurrence mechanism of rock burst in roadway, the classification method of rock burst and the principle of prevention and control in stages are put forward, and the development trend of rock burst roadway support in the future is put forward. It provides a reference for the safe mining of deep roadway in the future.
