ABSTRACT

Comprehensively considering the migration law of air and foam in porous media, various physical and chemical phenomena, and the change of gas phase mobility are researched, then mathematical models of air-foam flooding are established. Based on air-foam flooding experiments, the relevant parameters of empirical model for numerical simulation of air-foam flooding were obtained. Matching of parallel core displacement experiment and air foam test flooding in Wuliwan Oilfield is completed with total fitting degree of more than 90%, and the reliability of empirical model of numerical simulation for air-foam flooding is verified.
